Yes. peopleCore is built by 224 TECH, a team based in Conakry. The product handles GNF natively (zero-decimal), supports French and English, and accepts the kinds of payment proofs you'd actually upload - bank transfers, mobile money receipts, scanned PDFs.
What's actually free on the Free plan?+
Core attendance (check in/out, weekly summary, monthly reports), employee directory, basic leave tracking. No payroll, no performance, no recruitment pipeline. Free is for small teams testing the platform.
Can we switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Admins file a plan change request from Settings → Plan & billing. Sales reviews and updates your tenant. No long-term lock-in; cycles are monthly or yearly at your choice.
Is the entire app in French?+
Yes. Every page, button, email, error message, and report ships in French and English from day one. Each user picks their language from the top-right; the choice sticks across devices.
Does the geofence really work for our field teams?+
Yes. Configure one or many work sites (lat/lng + radius). Employees check in from the browser; if they're outside every site, the app refuses and tells them how far the nearest one is. Combine with photo proof for double verification.
Where is our data stored?+
On secured cloud infrastructure with daily encrypted backups. Photos and payment proofs sit in private object storage scoped to your tenant - never visible to other companies. Ask us if you need details for compliance.
How fast do you respond to support?+
Paid plans: 4 business hours on Growth, 1 business hour on Enterprise. Starter is 1 business day. Free is best-effort within 2 days. All plans get the same Conakry team - no offshore call center.
